New York Fashion Week Spring 2010 wrapped last week, after seven days of parties, celebs, and, most of all, amazing clothes. One of the big trends we're seeing is a rush on rich nudes and neutrals. Designer Marc Jacobs brought that look to his models' nails, as well, choosing four OPI Nail Lacquer shades to do runway duty: (left to right): Malaysian Mist (sunny light pink), Samoan Sand (warm beige-pink), Barefoot in Barcelona (luscious nude), and Dulce de Leche (sweet creamy nude). For an ultra-chic twist, the designer had OPI nail techs top the nails with OPI Matte Nail Envy Natural Nail Strengthener for a soft matte finish.
Backstage was so busy that the techs gave the models' pedis by sitting on the floor -- hair and makeup were happening at the same time!
